+For immediate tournament support, please email tournaments@hellsacse.com with "[URGENT]" in the subject line. Include your tournament ID, username, and a detailed description of the issue. For critical issues during live events, you can also reach out through our Discord support channel for faster assistance.
How do I report a player for cheating or misconduct?
+To report a player, please use the "Report Player" function within the tournament interface. Alternatively, email support@hellsacse.com with the subject "Player Report" and include the tournament ID, the username of the player being reported, and any evidence you have (screenshots, replay files, etc.). Our moderation team will investigate all reports thoroughly.
How can I partner with HellsAcse for my organization's tournaments?
