Esports Tournaments

To register for a tournament, navigate to the tournament page and click the "Register" button. You'll need to create an account if you don't already have one, fill out the registration form, and follow the payment instructions if there's an entry fee.

If you can't participate in a tournament you've registered for, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Refund policies vary by tournament, but generally, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event start time may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Tournament brackets are typically determined through seeding, which may be based on player/team rankings, previous tournament performances, or random assignment. The specific seeding method will be outlined in each tournament's rules section.

After completing a match, both participants should report the results through their tournament dashboard. Screenshot evidence of the final score screen is typically required. In case of result disputes, contact a tournament admin immediately with your evidence.

Prize payouts are typically processed within 14 business days after tournament completion. Winners will receive instructions via email on how to claim their prizes. Payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency, depending on the tournament.
